Discuss my property purchase →We look at regular income, ongoing expenses, existing loans and the reserve you want to keep after buying. This gives us a budget for your property search.
Alongside the purchase price, the plan needs to include property transfer tax, notary and land registry fees, and any estate agent fees. For an existing property, planned renovations and foreseeable repairs also matter.
We compare the monthly payment alongside the fixed-rate period, principal repayment, remaining balance and agreed flexibility. A low initial payment alone says little about how well the financing will suit you over time.

YOUR QUESTIONS
No. An initial budget discussion can be useful before you start searching. The final financing assessment will also depend on the specific property and its documentation.
This needs to be assessed individually. Income, security and the property all play a role. Using less of your own money can affect the terms and the risk; keeping reserves is still important.
Discuss the timetable with me early. Financing and the necessary contract documents should be clarified before you make a binding purchase commitment.
