2. Website access and server logs

Accessing this website involves processing technically necessary connection data. This may include your IP address, access date and time, page visited, data volume, browser and operating system information, and the previous page visited. These data are needed to deliver the website securely, reliably and without errors.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure and functional operation of the website. Log data are retained only as long as necessary for operation, troubleshooting and protection against misuse, then deleted or anonymised unless statutory retention obligations apply.

3. Hosting and technical providers

The website is provided through goneo and delivered using its infrastructure and hosting providers. These providers may process connection data required to deliver the website as data processors.

Where data are processed outside the European Union or European Economic Area, this takes place only in accordance with the legal requirements for transfers to third countries, in particular an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

4. Contact by email or phone

When you contact us by email or phone, your information, including the contact details you provide, is processed to answer your enquiry and discuss the next steps.

Enquiries about potential advice or brokerage are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. General enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the proper handling and documentation of communications.

Data are deleted once the enquiry has been fully handled and no statutory retention or evidence obligations remain. If contractual or brokerage documents result, the relevant statutory retention periods apply.

5. FinCRM enquiry form and budget calculator

The homepage includes a guided mortgage enquiry and a budget calculator from FinCRM, provided by fincrm GmbH, Aachener Straße 376, 50933 Cologne, Germany. The required program files are loaded from widgets.fincrm.de . Technically necessary connection data, particularly your IP address and browser and device information, are transmitted to FinCRM.

When you submit the enquiry form, the contact, personal and project details you entered are transmitted directly to the FinCRM system used by PremiumHYP. They are used to assess, assign and document your mortgage enquiry and prepare the contact and pre-contractual advice you requested.

The budget calculator processes your calculation inputs to estimate a possible purchase price or monthly payment on a non-binding basis. The result is neither a mortgage commitment nor an automated credit decision. If you subsequently submit an enquiry, only the information you actively submit is used for further processing.

Your enquiry data are processed for pre-contractual measures under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The technically necessary provision of these features is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure, structured and user-friendly handling of mortgage enquiries. Further information is available in the FinCRM privacy policy.

6. Map preferences

You decide in the homepage map section whether Google Maps may load. This choice is not permanently stored in your browser’s local storage. The map is disabled again when you reload the page.

You can remove the embedded map using “Disable map”. No optional analytics or marketing services are currently used.

7. Google Maps

An interactive Google Maps map can be displayed on the homepage. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The map loads only after your explicit consent in the map section.

Loading the map may transmit your IP address, browser and device information, and usage data to Google for processing. Processing by Google companies in third countries, particularly the USA, cannot be excluded. Loading is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with section 25(1) TDDDG. You may withdraw consent at any time for the future by selecting “Disable map”.

8. Recipients and disclosure

Personal data are provided only to parties that need them to handle your enquiry or provide the technical service. These may include FinCRM as the CRM and form provider, and other IT, hosting and email providers. Using this website alone does not result in data being shared with banks, building societies, insurers or other product partners. Such sharing takes place only within separately agreed advice and on an applicable legal basis.

9. Your rights

Subject to the statutory conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing. You may also have a right to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
